Shipping and Exchange

We currently use Fedex for shipping Domestic and International packages. Shipping insurance is not always required but is recommended. We are not responsible for uninsured items damaged or lost. We cannot control the delivery of your package but we will ship your package in a timely manner. Once your package has been turned over to the delivery service it is out of our control but we will assist you in any manner possible and send compensation once received from insurance claim with delivering company if applicable. Our shipping charges are based on standard FedEx, UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you are done, go to “check out" and enter your zip code. This will display all available shipping costs.

Orders for items that are in stock are typically shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday. Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day): These orders are given top priority however, it may not always be possible to have an order shipped out on the same day that it was placed. Express orders for items that are in stock may ship on the same day if the order is place before 3:00 P.M. Eastern time otherwise the order will ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday.

However, we understand that certain circumstances can occur, and we will do all we can to remediate the problem. The following are guidelines for certain situations. General policies:

Due to health concerns we cannot accept returns for the certain linens, sheets, bed covers, headrest covers, towels and similar products where a person’s bodily secretions and fluids may come into contact with the product.
